The Process
Initial Consultation
Our process begins with listening. Our dedication to collaboration is evident from the very first step as we conduct a thorough analysis of our clients wants, needs, and preferences. Our team has the unique combination of earned experience and unrivaled industry knowledge to execute the shared vision we create. Once we’ve gathered the preliminary details, we will deliver the most comprehensive projection of budget costs possible—with the accuracy our clients have come to expect—before moving forward.
Project Management
For our clients, building a dream home or reimagining their current one is an ongoing process that lends itself to frequent changes. Our Project Managers understand that this is, ultimately, a creative process and prioritize flexibility. We will work to make any necessary edits alongside them while maintaining the integrity of the original design. Our Project Managers are prepared to frequently review plans, communicate transparently, and honor any requests. They’re on-site daily to track progress, accept deliveries, and ensure the highest quality of work.
Post-Completion
By the end of a project, our team has formed a comfortable relationship with our clients’ families, placing us in the unique position to help them acclimate to their new environment. Based on our clients’ needs, we created a Service Department to provide ongoing support and maintenance, which includes routine service so that our homes function seamlessly. This is just one way that we honor our clients’ investment and their trust in our team. While the concept is preventative maintenance, we do also offer service for small repairs as needed.
